Tips for people with thin hair

Yes i know if you are a person out there who has thin hair and is dreaming of having luscious and thick hair well this will give u all the tips i use to volumise my hair.

1. Try not to brush your hair to vigorously as it will snap your hair and it will become thinner. Especially don't do this when your hair is wet as your hair is very fragile when wet.

2. Try not to tease your hair to often as this is bad for your hair.

3. Use a volumising shampoo. I am not at the moment, i am using the mega shampoo (silly me for not sticking to my own rules).

4. If you have quite oily hair, try not using conditioner because it might make your hair very greasy as it does to mine. And when most of you wash your hair you put conditioner all over your head. Well that is not the way through this, you should only put conditioner (if you need it) in the strands and end of your hair.

5. Finally when you get your hair cut always think about the consequences of this new doo. Because one time i didn't and came out of the hairdressers with a block fringe which did not suit me or my hair at all, as my hair is thin all of my hair split into there own little groups so it did not look like a block fridge at all.

Because our hair is thin we don't want to put loads and loads of product into our hair cause it will weigh it down and make it look kinda greasy i know it is gross. But it has to be said me and holly have seen some bad hair days but we stick to these routines for our own hair and we have never see a bad hair day since.

I hope these tips helped.

Fake tan guide for begginers

Hey guys,

So as its supposed to be summer here in very rainy cold England i like to look like i have a nice summer healthy glow which comes in the form of fake tan, and as i am about as pale as someone from the north pole (but actually someone from the north pole will be pretty tanned because the sun will reflect off the snow and be a lot brighter) but anyway i am just very pale so i wanted to do an at home guide to self tanners:

SPRAY: ok, so if you have ever had a tan at a salon this is a bit like what they use but just in a can so you can use it at home. It is just an aerosol can with tanning liquid inside. Now there are two types of spray tan, one that develops over 2-6 hours and an instant one.

First for the developing one, these are just a liquid in a bottle that is just like water but it develops over time on the skin into a glowing tan. But as you can’t see where you are putting the tan when you are applying t it does tend to streak sometimes.
Ambre Solaire L.Glow Dry Face Mist Fair to Light Skin 75ML

Instant tan, it is the same concept just instant and a little more messy! You just spray it on and you will be able to see it immediately so it is a little easier to see where you have and haven’t put it. Just be careful because it does tend to get everywhere!

GEL: Ok so have you ever had that get tooth paste that is like a gel and it’s really minty, well it’s just like that but it just looks like marmite and you apply it using a mitt otherwise you will have orange hands the next day (not a very attractive look!) then also people will know that its fake and you haven’t just been laying out in the sun in Barbados for a week. Gel is instant an all you really have to do is just rub it in like a body lotion, it’s that simple!

GRADUAL: gradual tan, as the name suggests it is a gradual tan that you maybe apply once a day or every other day, you build it up so the tan gets darker and darker so it’s not as noticeable I guess. But if you don’t keep re-applying it it will fade just like any other tan. Another benefit of this is that it is very easy to apply and if you miss a spot it really doesn’t matter because you will just go over it the next time you apply it. It also hydrates your body rather that drawing the moisture out it puts it in which is also good.

MOUSE: It’s just like hair mouse but a brown colour and you just use a mitt and apply it all over your body and gives a quite light even tan. There’s not much else to say other than it’s an easy one for beginners.

LOTION: Lotion is pretty much like the gel one but in the form of a lotion a brown colour lotion that you rub on your body with a mitt, it won’t stain your hands as bad as the gel will but still be careful and just use a mitt.

Ok so that’s it if you have any questions leave them in the comments section and I will try to answer them!

Tips for people with thick hair

So people with thin hair will think thick hair is a blessing, people with thick hair will think its a curse. I hate having such thick hair but i and have found out, that oh its not that bad! Here are some of my tips for having thick hair|

1. Dont wash your hair so often! Now i have never been one to love washing my hair so i usually wash my hair 2-3 times a week amd you might think, 'ewww gross' but actually we werent made to wash our hair with shampoo and use conditioner and heat protectant ....etc but what im tring to say is that your hair is only producing more and more oil because you are washing all that good natural oil that your scalp makes out so ten it makes more and more and more and you just have to break that vicious circle and it will be so much esier. Maybe for the first month you will need to invest in a dry shampoo (i recomend battiste) but once you break that cycle it will become a lot esier to manage your hair.

I use:
Batiste dry shampoo-original
Loreal Elvive colour protect caring conditioner (i usually just use what ever my Mum buys and this is alright but i prefer the aussie 3 minite miricle conditioner)
TRESemme deep cleansing shampoo.

2. Let your hair air dry, It is much helthier for your hair that to use he heat of your blow drier and also you dont have to bother with drying your hair ethier. But if you have to get up to go to work or school that day try taking your shower in the evening before you go to bed i just put a small towel over my pillow to stop it getting all wet and horrile.

3. When you next go to the hairdressers ask your stylist to thin out your hair for you, this will make your hairmuch more lightweight and easy to controll. If you arent going to the hairdressers soon there are some great tips for doing it yourself on youtube.

4. This isnt a tip but something great about having thick hair is that if you have your hair long you can create great top knots with out all the back combing and all the teasing and tweaking, you can just throw it up andit looks great with loads of volume in the bun its self.
